The famous river crossing in the Serengeti National Park
Serengeti national park is well known for its annual wildebeest migration which got it listed in the “Seven Wonders Of Africa”. Stretching from northern Tanzania extending all the way to south western Kenya where it forms the Masai mara. Witness over 800,000 wildebeests as they journey north of the Serengeti joined by zebras and elands in search of fresh pasture for grazing. Other attractions to watch out for include Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano, Maasai tribe, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Natron among others.

Arrival In Arusha : Your opportunity to meet your CEO and fellow travellers, and learn more about your tour. On arrival in Tanzania we will transfer roughly 1 hour to your hotel in Arusha. You`ll have a short time to freshen up, and then have a briefing. Your guide will give you a briefing and ensure that you have all the gear/kits required for the trip. If you are missing essential equipment it can be rented for very cheap prices.
Our briefings will give you a clear view of the days to come from your personal guide and CEO, also you will be told your exact crew numbers and make up as well as get a chance to ask any questions.

Moshi/Arusha Town To Serengeti National Park :
On this morning day you will start by driving from Arusha/Moshi to the Serengeti National Park crossing the Masai Steppe and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, entering the Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate. If flying from Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam you will take the Morning ( 09.00 hrs flight straight to Seronera Airstrip where you will be picked by our Safari driver guide. The afternoon will be spent doing game drives in Serengeti until late afternoon.

Be one of only a few fortunate people to glide in a Hot Air Balloon over the Serengeti Plains (available at supplementary cost by pre-arrangement). Floating silently above the awakening bush, while spotting wildlife and enjoying the amazing scenery of Africa, across rivers and over numerous small villages.
We can wake early for a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti at Dawn if you wish. This should be discussed with your safari guide the previous night. After the early morning game drive you will take breakfast at the lodge/camp then leave with a packed lunch and spend the whole day in the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is the largest part of the Serengeti – Masai Mara Ecosystem that stretches into Kenya and is the stage for the Annual Wildebeests Migration that sees Millions of Wildebeests, Zebras and Gazelles trek thousands of Kilometers in search of pasture and Water. Serengeti is also the home for some amazing numbers of wild animals and bird life.

Serengeti National Park Back To Arusha/Moshi Town
Wake up call at 0600am, have just a cup of hot coffee then proceed for the early morning game drive, this morning game drive is very important as you will be able to witness the early morning kills from the big five.
After the game drives back to the Lodge at 0930am for the main breakfast, thereafter check out the Lodge or camp and proceed for the last game drive as you head back to Arusha/Moshi or to the Seronera Airstrip for your flight Back to Arusha town where the Serengeti Safari ends.

Your private safari will allow the flexibility of how you choose to spend your time. A daily decision to be made is whether to have breakfast and lunch at the tented camp or lodge or a picnic box in the bush. While early morning game drives with the sunrise can be breathtaking (and highly encouraged), there will be likely occasions where you desire to stay in the bush and continue your adventure without returning to the lodging. Picnic boxes for breakfast and lunch are prepared on a daily basis at each respective accommodation according to your itinerary.
The typical breakfast box may consists of combination of bread, pastries, juice, a banana, apple, hardboiled-egg, bacon or sausages. Your driver will also provide coffee to get your morning started.
The typical lunch boxes consists of various items such as a piece of chicken, bread, sandwiches, banana, apple, juice, muffin and chocolate. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and we will plan accordingly.
Yes, you can get a visa at major airports and at border crossings, but try to get one ahead of time to make your entry into the country as easy as possible. Cost ranges from US$50 to US$100.

Our standard safari travel & game viewing drive vehicle is a custom designed 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep with pop up top for ease of photography during game viewing drives and sightseeing. The vehicle sits a maximum of 6 persons for guarantee window seats and access to the pop up top.
