Morning: Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Tour
Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup from Moshi or Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Materuni Village. Upon arrival, a local guide will lead you on a 45-minute nature hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls. Along the way, you’ll pass through banana plantations, coffee farms, and lush rainforest. Once at the falls, take in the majestic views, swim in the refreshing natural pool, and snap amazing photos.
After visiting the falls, return to the village for a cultural coffee experience with the Chagga people. Learn how they grow, harvest, roast, and brew coffee using traditional methods. The experience ends with a coffee tasting session, where you can enjoy a cup of freshly brewed Kilimanjaro coffee, accompanied by traditional Chagga songs and dances.

Afternoon: Chemka Hot Springs – Swim & Relax
After lunch, we drive to Chemka Hot Springs, a hidden paradise surrounded by fig trees and palm vegetation. The warm, crystal-clear turquoise waters create the perfect setting for swimming, relaxing, and unwinding. You can also swing into the water from the tree ropes, snorkel, or just float under the shade of the trees.
Evening: Return to Arusha or Moshi
After a full day of adventure and relaxation, we drive back to Moshi or Arusha, arriving by early evening.
