Morning: Arrival at Lake Duluti & Nature Walk

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Arusha or Moshi, followed by a short scenic drive to Lake Duluti. Upon arrival, you’ll meet your expert local guide, who will take you on a guided nature walk around the lake’s lush forests. The trail offers a peaceful, shaded hike, with chances to spot monkeys, monitor lizards, and a variety of bird species, including kingfishers, fish eagles, and cormorants.

Your guide will share fascinating insights about the flora and fauna of the lake and the local Meru legends that surround this mystical volcanic crater lake.

Midday: Canoeing on Lake Duluti

Note: This tour is booked from Arusha. It can be done private transport as well as by public transport (see prices below). Since Lake Duluti is quite close to Arusha, it’s perfectly fine to take the public tranport together with us, to have that real local experience! If you like this, send us an enquiry.
